Cardio Tennis is a tennis workout program catering to all fitness levels. Your session will bring together a variety of cardio workouts and tennis drills, all to a high-energy soundtrack.
Cardio Tennis is designed to be fun and energetic. The fun, energetic and fast-moving drills will hopefully distract players from recognising the great workout their body is getting. This session focuses less on the technical aspects of tennis and more on hitting lots of balls and staying active.
These sessions provide an opportunity to meet like-minded people looking for a fun workout, all while improving coordination, speed, strength and agility.
